Hi guys,
Yes I have changed my publication name again! I changed it because it reflects my current feelings, but also I feel like it will reflect my life as a currently undiagnosed/self diagnosed autistic person. My life is very different to most people! As someone who wears glasses and has an astigmatism, my life resembles that! I feel like I am constantly walking life without my glasses and lights look completely different to me as a person with astigmatism than someone without it.
SN: bright lights irritate the hell out of me!

Life for me has become really hard over the past couple of months and the cost of living crisis at this point is just plain abusive, with the middle class acting as the enablers, panderers & flying monkeys of the abuser aka our collective governments!
For those who are unaware of narcissistic abuse, triangulation and flying monkeys, I urge you to watch some videos from DR Ramani, DR Les Carter and Patrick Teahan, they are absolute treasures to this world.
As I find them I will start posting them in notes! So please do keep an eye out in that area. Also there is an ‘All’ and a ‘Subscribed’ tab so press the ‘Subscribed’ one if you don’t want to view the whole world of substack!
The reason I say this, is because I a) made this mistake but also b) the verified white men of substack with thousands of paid subscribers are crying and playing their ‘all woe is me violins’ and wanting moderation…as if this is a chat room…anyway!
Triangulation is simply a narcissist/toxic/antagonistic person who relies on a rescuer (virtue signaller) aka a flying monkey to perpetuate their abuse through gaslighting and manipulation tactics. Here is a link to a more detailed explanation of it: https://psychcentral.com/blog/psychology-self/2019/10/triangulation-and-narcissism#3 but if you would rather not read then please do watch youtube videos from the above people.
I want to talk more about how virtue signalling and not taking the time to really investigate what you are standing for, actually harms you or makes your life harder at least. I think that it is extremely important to understand why I criticise things like, covid, climate change and gender ideology and it’s not because I don’t think they don’t exist or aren’t a part of our world, however the conversations surrounding them are not healthy at all and always costs the you and I’s of the world the most problems!
I have always said and will always maintain that we should all do our own research and one way of doing that is actually just talking to someone about their perspective, it’s not about agreeing or disagreeing, it’s about building knowledge, to then eventually form your opinion.
SN: This is something that is important in womanhood and parenting and that I will leave there!
Listening to one side or one group is not forming an opinion it is becoming a part of a cult. This is the current newsletter that I am working on at the moment!
I hope life is not as overwhelming or as difficult as mine is and I truly hope that life just gets better in general. I feel like, not only are we living in the upside down because nothing seems to make sense, bad is good, men are women and so on…that we are living in the great depression that happened after the World Wars!
I am a very big fan of Stranger Things by the way and when I binged watched it last year, the term became a light bulb moment for me! There are so many things that are seemingly obvious to me, but it’s not to everyone else and that it very frustrating! So I will try my best to articulate these thoughts and opinions of mine!
Hopefully I will speak to you very soon! Take care!
